Director, Business Services

Prepares annual budgets for rural school districts, interim budgets, and other reports as required by the County Office of Education, state and federal agencies; preparation of related documents for audits and submittals to appropriate agencies as assigned; posting of all county school districts apportionments and entitlements; and reconciles all county school districts cash.

Coordinator, Accounting & Business Services

Reconciles all county school district financial data, including internal audits of financial accounts;  assists in preparation of annual rural school district reporting for state and federal agencies;  assists with preparation of related documents for audit reviews; and assists with the annual closing process for all school districts.

Payroll & Benefits Manager

Maintains reporting to all retirement agencies; prepares certificated and classified payroll for county and rural school districts; administers wage garnishments for all county school districts; and acts as system coordinator for all districts for payroll.

Business Analyst

Processes vendor warrants related to the payroll processes; balances and reconciles revolving fund; assists in budget monitoring to ensure the county and school districts are meeting their fiscal requirements; and works cross functionally with the districts in encumbering expenses.

Administrative Assistant II

Secretarial duties for the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services; maintains a filing system consistent with the responsibilities of the staff, and maintains files on a variety of topics; receives callers in person and over the phone and provides information; and records classification, retention of records and destruction of records.
