Late last week there suddenly emerged an issue concerning the release of private student information for analysis under a court order related to services to students with disabilities. The California School Boards Association (CSBA) released a summary of the issue and recommended that school districts publicize the process parents can use to object to the release of the information for their children. Attched is more information on the issue.
